Inbox

Live. New mail appears on its own.

    No messages yet.

    What the service does

Two ways into the same mailbox: an address that disappears after an hour, or one that stays. Everything listed here is built and running — not planned.

    An address without a click

A disposable address is waiting the moment you open this page. No sign-up, no password, no confirmation mail.

    A lifetime you choose

Ten minutes to seven days. The countdown runs in plain sight, and one click adds more time.

    A live inbox

New messages show up without a reload, right on this page. Connection dropped? It rebuilds itself.

    Encrypted before it lands

Incoming mail is encrypted before it touches the disk. Decryption happens only in your browser.

    Keep the disposable address

A running address can be turned into a permanent mailbox — along with every message already in it.

A mail client, not a form

Folders, stars, archive, trash, replies with the original quoted, forwarding. Keyboard shortcuts included.

    Undo send

Ten seconds of second thoughts after the click. The message goes back to your drafts as if nothing happened.

    Drafts write themselves

Saved every five seconds, no save button. Rich text or plain text, switchable at any time.

    Sender logos that keep quiet

The server fetches the logos, not your browser. No sender learns when you opened their message.

A recovery kit instead of a back door

Twenty-four words at sign-up. No operator-side reset — because there is no way back that somebody else could not also take.

    No tracking, no banner

No analytics, no external scripts, no ad networks. Which is why nothing here asks for your consent.

A QR code for your phone

The address as a QR code, so you can enter it on a second device without fumbling ten characters.

    Pricing

The service is funded by its plans, not by your data. No tracking, no advertising, no reselling — which is why storage costs something past a certain size.

Pay yearly: two months on the house. Every plan carries the same encryption. Paying changes nothing about what the operator can see — which is still nothing of the content.

    Frequent questions

Can the operator read my mail?

No. Incoming messages are encrypted before they are written to disk. The server only knows the public key. Decryption happens solely in your browser. What stays visible is the metadata operations need: sender, recipient, timestamp and size.

Why can a TempMail address not send?

Disposable addresses without sign-up are otherwise a tool for spam and extortion. Sending is blocked in two places: the API rejects every send attempt, and the mail server accepts no submission from these addresses.

What happens when a TempMail address expires?

The ciphertext of every message and attachment is deleted, the public key is removed and the alias is switched off. The address then stays blocked for thirty days so that nobody picks it up right afterwards.

    I forgot my password.

Then you need your recovery kit, the 24 words from sign-up. Without that kit there is no way back in, not even through the operator. That follows directly from the server never holding your key.
